The browser extension

The mbio Connect extension reads one thing: the public event details (title, date, venue) that ticketing pages already publish for search engines, on the specific ticketing sites listed in its permissions. It uses those details to show you the match queue for that event. It does not read prices, seat maps, purchases, passwords, or any other page content; it does not track your browsing history; and it sends nothing anywhere except an anonymous event lookup to mbio Connect. Joining a queue always happens on our own website, never silently.

The service

When you join a match queue we store your verified email, first name, age band, gender, and interests to make your match. Other fans never see your name until you both accept a match. We never sell your data, we never collect government ID documents, and queue sizes are shown only as rounded ranges.
